Description
Anaheim peppers are one of the peppers traditionally used for chiles rellenos. The peppers are about 7″ long and start green, but turn red as they ripen. They are only slightly spicy at 900 – 2,500 Scoville units.
Our peppers will be available as individual plants in 4in pots. They’ll be available in late May/ early June.
Our Anaheim seed is open-pollinated and comes from Fedco.
