Our arugula will come in packs of 4 for $6.99, like our other greens, and will be available toward the end April.
Arugula, also called Rocket, is a another cold-hardy green we enjoy in salads. It has a slightly spicy taste, but certainly not overbearing. Fedco seeds, who provides our seed, describes the taste as piquant, which was a new word to me, but I think it describes this green well.
Our seed is open pollinated from Fedco.
