‘Snowball’ is a heritage cauliflower introduced to American gardeners in 1878 by Peter Henderson & Company. Per the Seed Saver’s Exchange It’s well-suited to being eaten raw, baked, roasted, or steamed. We grew Snowball last year but lost track of it and missed the peak harvest period. I’m interested to try it again.
Our seed is open pollinated and comes from Seedaholic,
