Description
Our Chives are grown from seed and come in a single 4″ pot.
Nelly is a fine to medium chive variety with dark green to blue leaves. The flavor is that of a very light onion. Perhaps best known for potatoes, we throw them on pretty much everything. Flowers in the summer are also edible.
Chives are a cold-hardy perennial, that thrive on neglect.
Our seed comes from Fedco. Harvest judiciously the first year.
